Choose dark vegetables!

Did you know the darker vegetables offer healthier benefits?


Beets are extremely high in a nitric oxide precursor and amazing for blood flow. Studies show people who eat a diet high in beets outperform in sports requiring long endurance.


I recommend a low fat, primarily plant based diet for longevity.


Purple cabbage, grapes, onions, potatoes etc have higher antioxidant levels than their lighter counterparts!


Same principle applies to dark leafy greens! Kale healthier than regular lettuce.


Spinach has high folate… caution do NOT take if you’re on Coumadin! Or if you have a history of calcium oxalate kidney stones!
