Proposal Title: Pre-Cardiovascular Disease Newtown Clinic Cohort: An improvement science initiative to establish primary prevention best-practices in previously underserved patients at high-risk for developing cardiovascular disease

This project, designed to help end endemic cardiovascular disease on a national level will be using Dean Ornish established practices and incorporate a low-fat, primarily plant-based diet, exercise, stress reduction and meditation/love/community support to end cardiovascular disease and improve the mental illnesses nationwide, and hopefully may be extrapolated internationally with love and support generated on this blog.
