Unfortunately, we all deal with mental health issues at one time or another. If you find yourself stressed over things you cannot control try painting, music or meditation. I turn to art as a way to express myself and deal with anxiety. Art is a way to calm anxiety and de-stress. I find myself painting a lot recently to quiet my mind and nerves.
